How Do I Place An Order?

 

Just add your desired piece of Jewellery to your Shopping cart with the ADD TO CART button and follow  the instructions on the screen. We accept credit card and Paypal payments. Payments on Rookfire are made to run seemlessly and smoothly. 

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will get back to you promptly.

 

Shipping

 

Processing time is usually 1 -2 weeks but may be slightly longer round the Holiday period.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on complexity of the piece.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. RookFire is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We accept PayPal because it allows for seamless, secure credit card or bank payments, but there are also other payment services to choose from and we accept payments via credit card, debit card

Returns & Refunds

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

We don't accept cancellations on custom orders:

(A custom order being a standard sold piece that has had to be changed in appearance because of a special request from the buyer)

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
